ACTECA

Within the framework of the CIEN strategic program of the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), Seven Solutions participates in a consortium with other Spanish companies in the ACTECA project (Accelerators and Associated Technologies for Large Scientific Facilities). The objective of the project is to develop a set of technologies that allow increasing the participation of Spanish industry in international projects of large scientific facilities (GIC), contributing through the development and construction of critical systems and components with high added value.

 

The main objective of Seven Solutions participation in the project is the development of control systems and unified machine timing. The work includes the development of electronic cards for acquisition systems, event generation and monitoring of power transmission elements and beam positioning and it is based on the experience acquired during the work at IFMIF-EVEDA which intends to be improved and expanded within the framework of IFMIF-DONES.
